Roof Certificate
Our Roof Certificate confirms that your roof structure has been safely designed, inspected, and complies with National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act No. 103 of 1977, National Building Regulations and relevant South African National Standards (SANS). For example, SANS 10400 – Code of Practice for the Application of the National Building Regulations.
Engineer Building Certificate
At Shumba Engineering Services, we provide structural and civil Engineering Certification towards house or building plans approval by Municipality or relevant authority. We also provide civil and structural Engineering Certification until completion of the house or building. Our registered professional engineering officials are at hand and well-equipped to assist you.
Electrical Certificate of Compliance
