Mr Alexander Mloyiswa (Pr Eng, Pr CPM, MSAICE) is the Founder and Managing Director of Shumba Engineering Services. As a Registered Professional Engineer and Professional Construction Project Manager, he brings over 24 years of expertise in infrastructure planning, conceptualization, design, procurement, documentation, contract administration, project management, and programme management. A distinguished entrepreneur and engineering mentor, he has excelled in senior executive roles, including Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, General Manager of Infrastructure Development, and General Manager of Housing Project Management, spanning both the private and public sectors.

Mr. Chuene William Molokomme (Pr Tech Eng, MSAICE) is the Director of Operations. He holds a BTech in Civil Engineering and a BCom and is registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineering Technologist. He has worked in private consulting engineering practice, state-owned enterprises, and as senior manager in three municipalities over a period of more than 22 years. He planned and implemented various infrastructure projects and programs in the built environment, which include roads and stormwater, water services, sports facilities, various buildings, and the development and implementation of various infrastructure sector plans.
