When is an Electrical CoC required?
You need it when selling a property, installing new wiring, connecting to the grid, or transferring property ownership.
Who can issue an Electrical CoC?
Only a licensed and registered electrician can inspect the installation and issue the certificate. Shumba Engineering Services is licensed to issue the Electrical Coc.
How long is an Electrical CoC valid?
A CoC is valid for 2 years, but it must reflect the current condition of the electrical installation at the time of sale or inspection.
